1. Caravans are stored at owner’s risk
and the management accepts no responsibility for any loss
or damage however caused.
2. Caravan storage will be on a six-month
agreement, and all monies to be paid in advance. Due April
1st and October 1st, new storage adjusted accordingly.
3. Storage fees are non refundable, eg when
no longer required.
4. The management reserves the right to move
any caravan within the storage area without seeking prior
permission of the owner.
5. Duplicate keys to wheel clamps, tow bar
hooks, etc must be provided to the management.
6. Prior notice of 2-3 days minimum must
be given when a caravan is to be taken out of the park, either
in writing or by telephone to the park office.
7. Caravans must be kept externally clean,
in a sound and roadworthy condition.
8. Caravans may be cleaned at Burton Hill,
in the designated area. A charge will be made for this. Power
washer and vacuum cleaner may also be made available.
9. Caravan storage does not give any rights
to pitch within the park; the normal routine reservation procedure
will apply.
10. No caravan will be released to a third
party unless a signed letter has been received 48 hours before
the time of release, from the owner.
11. In extreme circumstances, the management
reserves the right to remove the caravan from site and to
charge the owner expenses accordingly. Owners would be previously
notified.
12. Owners should advise the management of
their intention to sell their caravan. Viewing by potential
customers must be notified and accompanied by the owner.
13. The management reserves the right to
alter, add or delete any conditions without discussion.
14. All caravans should be adequately insured.
